Users
Users groups calls by the person who made them. Unlike a session, this needs nothing sent with the call. Every call is already attributed to whoever authenticated it (your account email, the agent, or the API key, in that order), as described on Metadata.
Reading the Users view
The list shows one row per person: when they were first and last active, and their total events, tokens, and cost for the selected period. Selecting a row opens that person's own record: their traces, their sessions, and any scores, the same detail available elsewhere, narrowed to one person.
When to use it
- Finding who is generating the most cost, without adding it up by hand.
- Looking into a specific person's reported issue, by finding their activity directly rather than searching by approximate time.
- Confirming who is using the gateway, not only who has access to it.
