Founder & CEO
A pioneer in AI-native product development, powered by human intelligence. With over 20 years in engineering leadership at organizations such as Intuit, Y Media Labs and AirAsia, she has led large tech transformations, scaled global teams and delivered award-winning, cloud-native solutions across fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce. At SeedlingLabs, Shanti combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision to unify automation and human intelligence, empowering startups and enterprises to build AI-native products with speed, reliability, and trust.
